Took extra long on my Batman. Luckily I wasn't waiting on it for anything. Next game I'm picking up is Madden. Fixing to order since they auto-issued me a $20 cert. Now I just need to decide on regular vs deluxe.

 
How long do sports games tiv stay high? Since madden comes with $10 certs I want to get it but I know I'll get bored after a few weeks.

They won't honor it, since it's not like a gift card that's attached to the order. You could be that guy and show screenshots and complain after release and be annoying and they might credit you the points, but its dead for everyone.
 
I still have never gotten my $10 certificate for preordering Elder Scrolls Online. Not the first time Best Buy has failed to give me preorder bonus.

It's happened to me as well. If you post on their BBY GCU forums though, the mods there are pretty good and will get you credited. At least that worked for me.

 
I managed to get blops3 + season pass for $44 total, and Ill get $10 bby credit.. what a beast.. now I need to apply the same approach to fallout 4

 
I have a $10 random e-mail promotional BBY credit that expires in a few days, and while I am doing my best to not make any more preorders, I'm making an exception with Battlefront.  Was having trouble getting through the checkout process when the free shipping option was selected, so I switched it to store pickup, and then switched it back to free shipping once I got to the delivery options page.

I got in on the $25 cell phone deal at bby, flipped the phone on ebay ending up with the $25 credit and $5 in profit. I have gcu (which I paid $6 for lol) so the base price for blops 3 was $48 out of the gate... with the $25 it was down to $23.. I also had a $10 rewards coupon and the $5 profit, so I finally paid ~ $8. For the season pass I spent $100 on the ps store and got $15 back. So I technically paid ~ $44 in total.

Best Buy updated the FAQ for in store pre-orders. In store pre-orders must be done by 5PM CT on day before release date.

Speaking about that, I didn't realize that the new PGA Tour game was coming out a few days ago, so early Tuesday morning (~1:46) I went to Best Buy's website and it still had the pre-order button instead of "Add to Cart". I wanted to get the game after I saw that it had a pre-order bonus but I don't think I've received it yet. Do I stand a chance of getting the bonus at this point?

i know gears of war was removed from the list but did anyone who kept their order get an email from bestbuy stating the release date changed to 7/13/15 followed by an email stating pick up for gears will be delayed? the game clearly doesnt release until the end of august

 
Does anyone have issues with their preorders being cancelled?  I've done two orders in the past month on bestbuy.com for in store pickup and both got cancelled.  I went to the store and they have a bunch on the shelf.  I was told best buy ships it to the store from one employee and another employee said that the store pulls the item.  I'm worried that when these $10 promo games start happening that I'm going to lose out on the promo because they keep cancelling the order a day before pickup.

Anyone have any experience with this?

 
I hope that by adding Wii U titles to this deal it means games like Star Fox or Super Mario Maker get the $10 and not just the Wii U versions of Disney Infinity 3.0 or Guitar Hero Live.

Got those emails along with a cancellation email.
 
my copy of Gears that I had pre-ordered was cancelled at Best Buy. I e-mailed their team and I hope that they make right by this. Very annoying.
