I'm interested to hear what you my fellow CAG members were able to find at your local Best Buy and all the games you purchased. I'm hoping to add my results around 5pm (and hopefully it'll be under $100 :))

I also ran into a fellow CAG (didn't get his name). He bought almost everything on sale. I talked to him some since it is not everyday you meet a fellow CAG. He said he was getting most of them for trade-in fodder. The dude along with his girlfriend (I'm guessing) worked fast and by the time I looked at the GCN section for 5 seconds she had like 5 Xbox games in her hands. He said he was heading to FYE to trde them in for an Xbox 360. Sucks to live in my area if you're a CAG because he cleaned out that store (even got a cart, he had so many games).
 
Not only was there barely anything left (and certainly nothing good), Midway Arcade Treasure 2 rang up at 9.99, not 4.99 as posted, weak!

That's OK, though. I'm sure he had a nasty surprise when most of them rang up for twice as much ($9.99 instead of $4.99) so they're worthless at FYE and if he had that many games, the Best Buy employees would have given him hell for making them take each one out of the case and then not buying it. Looks like the prices are wrong but I hope that the hoarders learned a BIG lesson.
 
Well, when it was online last night, I definitely got shot down, courtesy of waiting for my paycheck to clear. Now everything except what I've got stashed at my store has been sold out. That'll teach me to be fiscally irresponsible. Or to make my deposits before 2 pm. One or the other.

At the store, I have 2 copies of PM2 (one for me, one for a friend), a PS2 Bloodrayne 2, a NBA Street 1, and a Monopoly (for giggles) set aside.

Corporate must have changed some of the prices, especially in response to the word of mouth the sale's been getting on places like here. Sorry. I only entered what the list said.
 
I grabbed one each of the following for the Xbox:

Otogi 2
Yager
Catwoman
The Bard's Tale
Silent Hill 4

Also ordered MK Deception KE online, will see if I get it or not. I might go back later and get Bloodrayne 2.

Boo to the hoarders! I hope they got a big surprise this morning when the total button was hit...
 
In store:

Excitebike - 0.99

The Eye Toy camera rang up as normal and Nicktoons was 9.99 (not 4.99).

Sadly that was all I could find.
 
Nothing at the Mansfield, OH BB - found a handful of games (Bard's Tale, Zoo Keeper, Viewtiful Joe Player's Choice) that I was going to grab, but they rang up at $9.99 instead of $4.99, so I skipped them. The Eyetoy camera also rang up at $29.99 instead of $9.99. So I left empty-handed.

Was really hoping to find Silent Hill 4 - and when I checked the website last it still showed $19.99, but was sold out at $4.99 when I woke up. Gah.

So, if anyone be willing to part with a sealed copy of SH4 for Xbox, I'd pay $10.00 shipped (or $8.00 shipped for a PS2 copy).

All I ended up with in store was a GBA - Shaman King for 4.99.

They had more stuff, but every one of them rang up at 9.99 instead of the expected 4.99.

And there were 8 or 9 other people there when the door opened going straight to the video games.
 
I ordered a Shaman King to get a Metroidvania fix. Sucks that you can't combine shipping on multiple items or else I might have ordered LOTR: The Third Age. My best buy is like 15 miles away through heavy traffic so I don't feel like buring $6.00 in gas without knowing for sure that they'd have stuff in stock.
 
I ordered terminator redemption and scaler, both for ps2, 9.99 and 4.99, not bad, not fantastic, but not having to actually go their store? priceless.......
 
In store I got Catwoman for $0.99 and Digimon Rumble Arena 2 for $9.99. They had Tarzan for GBA but it has one of those value rack sticker UPC's over the real UPC so it ran up for $9.99
 
We don't need 2 of these giant ass threads. Everybody is posting their results in the other thread anways.
