Are you kidding me? If its a little over an hour long for both parts I have less motivation to pick them up. But I do want to see this. Maybe ill just rent it and wait for a single disc or double feature package to add to my collection.

Each part is a little over an hour. So in total the movie will be close to two and a half hours. This is the standard length for the DC animated movies. The upside is that they sell for quite cheap on release day.
It's not cheap on release day. They tend to run for about the same price as a new release full length movie on release week.

They are sure pumping out a lot of movies each year. I just really hate it when they redesign the characters or place them on different earth universes.

The last several (if I'm remembering correctly) have released for $9.99 on DVD and $14.99 on Blu. That is, on average, $5 cheaper than full length new releases. That's cheap enough for me because I typically really enjoy them.

Not to mention we can get $5 off with the trade-in coupon right now. And I seriously doubt they will put both parts of DKR on the same disc. At best they will bundle the two movies together in a package down the line.

Can we bring any orginal dvd movie to bestbuy to get the upgrade and save coupon? For some reason i always thought it had to be the same movie that you were purchasing on blu-ray.

Yep, any non-porn, non-burned DVD.

All these movies are based off various comic book stories and try closely to keep the same style as the original comic books. Blame the original artists.
That is a shitty scan indeed for that coupon. Yuck.
Agreed, but it was all I could find online. On the plus side it does work though.

Do we need a mod to put u on a time :)

For the Hotel Transylvania coupon I just walked into Applebee's and asked them for a kids menu and they gave it to me without buying anything to eat.

Rent Hotel Transylvania on Blu-ray or DVD @ RedBox and get $5 printable manufacturer coupon from email. Good for DVD, Blu-ray or Blu-ray 3D. Expires 2/28/2013.

Anybody do the Dark Knight Returns Promotion? I want to get both movies and use two Upgrade and Save Coupons, but not sure if it stacks with the buy both and get $5 off promo. Looking to see experiences and what the final price for both movies is

This is the same reason I'm checking this thread. I'm also curious because I see a store about 20 miles away that has both of the best buy exclusive figure blurays for both part 1 and part 2. I'm curious if the $5 promotion also works with those skus.

Is there a printable ad somewhere I can show the cashier of the $5 Dark Knight Returns promotion?

I was going to do the Dark Knight Part 1 & 2 Upgrade and Save w/ manufacture coupon only to find out there no part 1's in the 3 best buys near me..........sad face

I was able to price match amazon.com on Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 to $17.99 and Part 2 to $13.99 . Then use upgrade & save w/ the manufacture coupon. I also had a $10 in reward zone certificates so my total with tax was $9.04. The register POS didn't want me price match and use the Upgrade and Save coupon on Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 so the cashier changed the price of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 to $12.99 but Part 2 price matched and took the upgrade and save coupon without any trouble. The manufacturer coupon kept saying invalid barcode so he took as a generic manufacturer coupon. He even had to call over a manager because he missed up and needed to void the transaction and the manager didn't care at all. Price matching and using the upgrade coupon is considered double dipping so YMMV on this deal.

why dont they restock there stuff some movies been out for months now
