are not shown in the ad for $19.99.
Only the dvd versions are pictured as being $16.99.

Red BD Exclusive is $19.99 online right now, so hopefully it will still be then, and folks can PM the online price in store.

If you are asking if the prices are accurate, then yes those are right for both versions.
