i ordered 2 sets , one set will be return cause i ordered too early and got charged 58 bucks per set even though it said 19.99 .... i called up to cancell and they are closed....if they price adjust i might have one set of season 2 and 3 to sell off to someone here if people dont get them...

You'll have to call them on Friday, I doubt anyone will be there tomorrow.
 
I was looking for a cheaper price for 24 season 2. Thank you OP. This is a great price for that boxset. Almost as good as getting season 1 for $12 last year at BB B&M.
 
i just hope they ship... i jumped on them early when i saw the boxset 14.99 to 19.99 even though the add to cart said 58.99

at least now i can scratch standing outside best buy tomorrow off my list cause i got everything i wanted from best buy. besides trying to PM a PSP for 199 from the meijer flyer (what i will try to do Saturday)

man they been online for an hour so far, i thought they would been sold out by now like when the games went on sale back in sept... Too bad target or CC dont have their box sets on sale early
 
I want AD 2 but I think I'm getting it for christmas, but I'm not certain. Stuff was bought from dddvd for me during the sale and everyone knows I love that show. Should I buy it and risk getting another for x-mas?
 
As tempting as it is to order these now, I'll save a few bucks on shipping if I wait patiently for Friday morning so I can price match at Shopko. Must resist!
 
I was hoping for some more sets other than what has been known like the mysterious other sets available at target. Still, I may pick up AD season 1+2 tomorrow if I get the chance.
 
Picked up 24 S2, S3, both Arrested Developement, and Chappelle S2 for $100.xx shipped. Thanks slidecage. I was all ready to be watching for this tomorrow night but now I can sleep easy tomorrow.

9:30 and they seem to have most everything in-stock. After shipping, tax and a $3 BBB, it came to 14.50 shipped for arrested development S2 :)
 
Damn, I have $40 worth of reward zone certificates from where I bought a fridge a few moths back that I was planning on using towards The Shield 2&3. But I just looked closer at them & noticed you can't use them online, and The Shield isn't available for in-store pickup. I work tomorrow, so I suppose that means I'm screwed outta that deal. :whistle2:(

What time does BB open, just incase I go insane & decide to try to get there first thing in the morning before I go to work?

Ouch...I think I'm going with plan c: these are 2-day sales instead of 5-12 (or whatever), so I'll press my luck & go by after work. I know last year they had an assload of those 24 Season 1's for $10 or $15 or whatever they were, and they still had them that afternoon. Here's hoping! ;)

the third season is on TV right now. Probably will be on DVD late next year.

you should definately nab the first two seasons as they are amazing. I missed a lot of season one and two and they are just amazing.
 
I recently got a DVR so I decided to record a couple of episodes of Arrested Development to see what all the fuss was about. I was extremely disappointed - I didn't find it funny at all, and the second episode was so painful I couldn't even finish it. So I'm still not sure what all the fuss is about, but a lot of people apparently feel differently than I do. ;)

Its a show that really needs to be watched in airing order for it to become as funny as it gets. Its so self refrential now that its hard to grasp what the hell is going on if you didnt see the lead up.
 
This just saved me a huge hassle! Picked up 24 S2 and S3, Shield S1. I'm taking a gamble on Arrested Development S2 being available at Circuit City tomorrow, hopefully it works out.
 
Why is in store pickup not available? Is it because all the stores are closed for Thanksgiving or something?

I really wanted all the 24 seasons, but I don't want to wait a week to get them, and Best Buy is horrible about packaging of their items and their treatment of them. I will have to send someone to pick them up for me I guess.

Yea, but Best Buy online has done special prices before that I've picked up in store.
For instance, when I bought Land of the Dead, I got an extra $3 off any other new release... that was a web only special, but I could pick it up in store.

I just wanted to watch 24 this Sunday on my day off =/ Guess I'll have to brave the masses.

Yeah, which sucks for me as I just finally verified that no one is buying me season 2 of Arrested Development for Christmas so I was about to jump on that deal.

I logged on and ordered 24 s2 for $19.99 + shipping and tax from Best Buy. It's backordered and won't be shipped for a week or two via ground.
