Just in case that SMB2 price is false BestBuy.com and Videogameadvantage.com has it for only 20 bucks which is the price ive been looking for. Maybe if theres a code for free shipping that'd be nice.
 
How much is the Goodfellas DVD at Best Buy? I think the ad says 'Low Price' or something like that. If anyone here bought it, lmk how much it was. I'll call them in the morning if I don't know by then.
 
Maybe when people metion the new FF game they mean the expansion pack out later this year?

Not all of us HAVE this, since CAG tend to grab them all up at once.
 
Quite a bit of people are going after that $16.88 SMB2 at Target, well if you wanna save a couple more bucks just get it with the GGC at BB. I was so tempted to pick it up but they had quite a few at my BB, both PC and non. The non-PC was also marked down to $19.99.

Absolutely no extras. :(

All it has is the following:

US Cut Version (roughly 85 minutes)
English and French dubbed tracks

Original Hong Kong Version's Director's Cut (about 110 minutes)
Original Cantonese track

However, I have heard a few reports that the English subtitles on the Hong Kong version are actually "dubtitles," which are captions of the English dub. If they are dubtitles, then you won't be getting the correct translation of the original track (they tend to alter or make up dialogue in the English dubbed versions of movies).

However, if the subs are a true translation, then I would pick it up, since the subtitles on the Hong Kong DVD weren't that great (but good enough to understand what is being said).

Definitely keep your import DVD no matter what you do. It'll just rise in value.

Anyone had any luck getting KOTOR for $10?

Also, you don't need the game to be out of stock to get a Target raincheck. Just ask the customer service people up front, they never bother to check.

Of course, actually getting someone to let you use the raincheck anymore is a whole different story.

Yes, just got it at Best buy for $10 with the $5 off Xbox live software coupon. The KOTOR Platinum Hits case is actually green, which is cool, I didn't care much for those grey PH cases. And as a bonus, I found a penny Rebel Strike strategy guide hidden in amongst all the Shrek 2/Spiderman 2 guides!
 
Just a note that some Best Buy doens't have the coupon. I went to the Miliptas, CA Best Buy and they don't have any more coupons.
 
I may see if I can get the raincheck thing going on. Hopefully, one of my brother's friends will be working there he can explain it to me! >_
 
I got that $5 off Xbox live coupon and used it towards a 3 month kit. But now I want the starter kit. I found the coupon 2 weeks ago, and I went back not a few days ago and it wasn't there. So YMMV for those coupons. Just look for a little magazine thing with football on it, and Games of the Year between BB and GamePro.com

Are those the coupon book / magazine-looking thingies that are just sitting there inside in-store displays? If so I'll just pick one up and use it; KOTOR for $10 would be sweet.

And for the person who was asking, Driv3r is the best raincheck (barely). I checked Target's prices online and it ends up like this

FFX-2: 44% off
Driv3r: 46% off

Pretty much the same; a nice opportunity to grab two rainchecks without looking all sneaky!
 
I think I may pick up KOTOR on the way home today. I have the $3 off Platinum hits from the Madden coupon book....maybe they will have a $5 one there, but I doubt it.
 
Im goin with my mom today to take my dad to the airport and ill see if i can make it to the TA to get Super Monkey Ball 2. If i cant make it there no worries or if i get there and they dont have it then maybe that Driv3R for 27 bucks.
 
Well damn i just found out Prince of Persia is also 20, probably was for a while but its the first time ive heard. 10 hours is completely fine for me.
