Thanx trustcompany. It's a great thing you do.

BTW I've been wanting to ask you for a while. Who is that sexy ass shorty (or shawty depending on where your from) in your avatar?

might price match the mvp 2004 for ps2 and pick it up at best buy for $29.88

Also, i might wanna price match the ps2 memory card and get that at best buy for $15. Fry's allegedly has spiderman 2 for $30 in their ad, so if you wanna pricematch that at best buy and get it for $25, that would be pretty good.

brooke burns

Thanks for the heads up tc. Guess I can forget about Xbox game shopping and just concentrate on enjoying the weekend. I wonder why Best Buy is hardly doing anything for vid games that week?

Does anyone notice the You Got Served DVD?
It at one point was THE #1 WORST movie on IMDB!

Might be worth it!

so spiderman 2 comes with a 15 gift card at best buy? If I price match fry's spiderman 2 for $30 and pick it up at best buy for $25 with the gamer card, then I get a $15 gift card(from getting spidey) and can use that to get mvp 2004 for $14.88(price match target at 34.88, use the gamer card coupon to bring the price down to $29.88, then use the $15 gift card that I got from spidey 2)???

Somebody tell me this is possible plz

Possible? Sure. So is winning the lottery.

Likely? No. Just feel lucky if they let you combine 2 offers, it is highly unlikely they would let you combine three. But if you are going there anyway, give it a shot, stranger things have happened.

Edit: I just re-read your question. The $15 GC is a mail in offer, so you would not have it in time to get the Target price on MVP.

Thanks trust! The weekly ads haven't been spicy lately, but LoI does sound good. I'll check it out.

Well, $25 for spiderman 2 + a $15 mail in giftcard is still damn good. I can always use it to get something else.

I think i may have to get MVP 04 for $29.88 anyways. Then again, if I was a true cheap ass I would wait until mvp 05 comes out so 04 will be dirt cheap.

Yes, it would be fantastic, but, as I stated, it is unlikely. Still, good luck with trying.

I was able to use the $5 off coupon, and I got the mail-in rebate form, so I should be getting the $15 GC. There is not a Fry's anywhere near me, so I couldn't even try to PM if I wanted to (plus I got the Xbox version, and I think Fry's sells that for $50).

Hey BigNick
I get emails from Compusa and there is a penny shipping on July 4th. So if you don't live near one, you can still order online....

Looks like there's nothing for me this week (maybe Castlevania: LoI, if the main guy didn't look so...feminine).

Anyway, as always, I really appreciate these threads of yours, trust! Many thanks. :)
is anyone else hyped that the batman animated series is coming out on dvd?
Right here! I'm definitely thinking of picking it up and I KNOW I'm gonna buy "Airplane" even if it may be a ghetto bare bones edition without good deleted scenes. I'm gonna be honest here. I know "Airplane 2" has good deleted scenes so I'm assuming the first does as well but Paramount has this THING about screwing us out of "Deleted Scenes" for home DVD's, it's really messed up.
Btw Alien it's because of people like you we got screwed out of the GOOD box art for early PSX Castlevania games like SOTN.

thanks for your effort,

those are some good deals up there, and considering I haven't gotten anything in a while with the money I saved up, this looks like my week to cash in! :)

I'm all over Batman TAS DVD. I'm looking forward more to the Superman TAS DVD Set due out in Sept. Though I like Batman's animation/cartoon style better before they came out with the New Adventures and changed it to look more like the Superman cartoon.

Oh and how come quite a few people are interested in Castlevania for $15? Its definately worth it but its always $15 BB with GGC. Lack of BBs in certain areas maybe?

It has been stated over and over that Best Buy will not combine multiple offers . They will not match an ad and take off a five dollar coupon, let alone give a fifteen dollar card.

Spider-man for $10? Best Buy is not giving the stuff away.

If anyone has gotten any kind of combination offers they got lucky. It's amazing how so many people seem to expect it.

God damnit, when is the Diablo Battle Chest going to drop in price? It's been at or just below $40 for like the last 3 years, it's taking longer to drop than The Sims did. Oh well, thanks for posting this deal anyway, certainly doesn't hurt.

Anyone know of any deals on general DVD sales or coupons this week? An anime I'm interested in is coming out and I'm trying to squeeze every penny (didn't Bestbuy used to send out $5 off coupons to "prefered" customers? I haven't gotten one in like a year).

Oh, and I've had some decent luck combining a price match with a $5 off coupon at Bestbuy. Got a $30 game for $15. It pretty much depends on the cashier, or if worst comes to worst, the manager. It might help if you tell them that you've done both before without any trouble. I'm not even sure if they're supposed to be combining them or not, on the back of the $5 off card it says "cannot be combined with any other offer", but is a price match really an "offer"? It's more of a price adjustment than anything else, I think they're mainly concerned with combining multiple coupons.

Nothing looks good except for Splinter Cell PT at CC. I'll just use the gift card I got when I bought Spiderman 2 and then SC will be just $29.99. :D

dude, they will always let you price match and then use the gamer card coupon. As for getting the $15 gift card to boot, i dunno, i will have to see about that. It isnt like I can use the $15 gift card towars spidey 2.

EDIT: SHAQ FU!! I just dug up the fry's 4th of july ad

http://latimes.p2ionline.com/shoppi... 4th Shopping Guide&area=ROP&catname=&level=1

(go to the left, click technology, then click on the third line that says "frys"

i dont see the spidey in there. I got the ps2 wireless controller a while back(for $20), and it isnt bad for $20, tho it does guzzle batteries.(but if you are using rechargable batteries, who cares?) There looks to be a ton of $9.99 games this week, but the print is too small on this to read.

Maybe your BB will, but mine sure won't, so to say that is definitely YMMV.

Maybe it is more like "your cashier may vary" If the cashier is reluctant to do a price match and then let you use the gamer card, just say, hey, I had this gift card for your store so I wanted to buy the game here instead of circuit city."
