I think its good. Always stay with the better name brand for a better pic quality. If you planning to watch movie any tv is fine, in gamming u want the samungs lg and sony brands. Less blur, mich brighter, and no refresh issue.

I used to have a 23" and play ps3 just fine. I actually perfer small screen on fps games.
