Best Buy discontinuing the PS3 80g?

I heard around that the 80 gig was being discontinued altogether. Don't quote me on that since I don't know where people got their sources from though.

It's possible that a new model of the 80 gig will be coming out... I believe the SKU is being discontinued.

This doesn't necessarily mean that the product itself will be discontinued; you have to remember that when HDMI 360s came out they had to make a SKU number for the new model. I believe this will work to that same effect.

Haven't heard anything about it but my Best Buy hasn't carried any 80gb's for months now. Just huge piles of 40gb's.
