Its about time. The re-stocking fee was a weak way to milk some more money of people as it was.

Restocking fees didn't mean squat if you had a roll of packing tape and knew how to re-pack shit before returning it.

I bought an eMachine pos computer from them like 4 years ago, changed my mind 12 hours later and saw their shitty restock fee policy.:shock:

A quick re-pack later and it was off to Worst Buy with my 'new' PC for a full refund.

It's probably because Best Buy decided they need to open up all of the return boxes anyway to make sure the real merchandise is inside.
