Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked issue?

Is anyone else not seeing their Best Buy GCU discount apply when added a game to the cart? I reached out to Best Buy customer service and they obviously don't know what they are talking about. My GCU does not expire until March 2016 and the discount will not apply. Is anyone else experiencing this or just me?

Mine is showing up just fine.  Went all the way through to the end til confirm purchase page and the discount showed up on all stages correctly, so I can't say what the problem is.  If it still having problems you might want to try their forums,

Actually, a lot of people are having this issue on the BB forums.
