A friend wants to buy far cry 4 for 360. I told her I'd let her use my GCU number for the purchase.

Can she do this online with no trouble? If it works, will there be any repercussions on my account? Thanks!

You should be perfectly fine having her use it. Just keep track that you dont purchase more than 3 copies of Far Cry 4 for the 360 in the next 6 months.
