Has anyone got their best buy reward zone points for pre-ordering fallout: new vegas yet? I tried to contact BB about it and they have not responded. Thanks.
I had the same issue. I don't usually pre-order from best buy, but I decided to take advantage of the extra bonus points. I had to call the rewards customer service line. they can look up the account and see the preorder/purchase. they made a note and told me in 5-7 business days I would have the reward certificate available. It only took 3 days. They added a bonus which equaled 5 dollars more for my inconvenience. Good luck.
