Best Buy pre-order?

Sorry if this has been discussed before. I tried to search, but the words 'best' and 'buy' are too short to be recognized.

Does Best Buy reserve copies when you purchase pre-orders? I called and was told that they do, but in the past I was told to just grab one off the shelf and take it to the CS counter. I pre-ordered Halo Wars LE, and the back of the case says it is held for 5 days. I would like to use my 10% RZ coupon which isn't good until Friday. I'm sure that there will be plenty of LE's to last for an extra 3 days, but you just never know. GoW2 LE and SFIV CE sold out fast.

They do not put the game aside for people who preordered

It depends on the store. When GOW2 came out, I saw few LE copies behind the CS desk (and none on the shelf). I inquired about it at the CS and they said those were reserved for preorder pickup.

You should check directly with the store if it's important to you.
