Why have a return policy if you're just going to flag people for returning damaged items?

Well a lot of retailers are tracking returns now and I'd rather not waste one of my allotted (before getting flagged) on a game that barely costs $3 that I will likely be giving away now to a friend. No worries.

hmm odd. Because i buy a huge amount of games from them, and i return quite a large amount because i have been getting stuff in damaged constantly lately. Its gotten annoying. I better make sure they're actually putting 'damaged' as the reason when im returning my stuff then i guess. Seems really dumb
