Hey I recently purchased a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector at Best Buy and it does not work so I was wondering if they will refund my money back or will this item count as software and I will have to exchange it. Thanks.
Technically it is an accessory and not software, what the folks at your particular BB will say is a whole different ball of wax, so it's YMMV, only way you're going to find out is by going down there.
I would bet they'll refund you as long as you have all of the stuff it came with along with your receipt. (And it hasn't been too long since you bought it.)
