Best Buy returns

Has anyone tried to return an unopened game to Best Buy past the 15-day return period? Would like to return a game purchased in-store, but there's no way I can get back during the return period. (Will be a day or two late.) Thanks.

Eh a day or two should be ok as long as it's wrapped and you have the receipt, you might want to call the store and ask to speak to a manager and explain your situation beforehand.

Possible, yes. Likely, hard to say. If you get a nice manager they will let you go with an exception. But they are well within their rights to deny your return as well. The other thing you have to keep in mind being an exception and not in your privliged return policy they could put the value of the game on a store credit gift card. Tell them you plan on buying a different game to try to coax them.

Just get Elite or Elite Plus for extended return periods
