Best Buy recently opened here (Mid Sept), and we didn't have one previously, I went first week and set up my reward zone card. End of October we purchased a tv, total with the replacement plan was $1045, which nets us 1045 points. The points finally cleared a few days ago (assume it takes 30 days), so I had 1145 in my account including the birthday bonus. I had it set up to auto send them to my email, but it was not allowing me to send them myself. I look today and notice I've been charged the points for $20 in certificates, but I received nothing in my email. Do they take a few days from time of "purchase" to when I actually receive them? Or did my spam filter eat the email?
