Best Buy Reward Zone - free 100 Points for switching to e-mail certs 4/7/08 - 5/03/08

I had to contact CS about my 100 points not showing up. The 100 finally did pop up today, but I never got, nor was offered, any other bonus points. In fact, any time my points have been messed up and I've contact CS, all they do is resolve the problem. I want some bonus points for it like some of you guys get!

You don't have to wait for the email, just sign into your account and go to 'my certificates' and print it out if it's ready.

It's approximately 30 days, in other words, after the return deadline. :roll:

Anyhow, you gotta love stupid PCs that just let us switch like that.
 
I tried to do this sometime last week and it didnt work. I contacted them on Tuesday, they got back to me on Wednesday saying that they would add the 100 points and they did, then i went to check the site today and they gave me a bonus 100 points.:D
 
ye i got 100 pts for the promo then ANOTHER 100 points for the promo error :whistle2:D just gotta let me 3 purchases go through and ill be at over 1200 pts! $20 gift card c'mon!
 
I logged in to check and the 100 points were added to my account, so I have more than enough for the 5 dollar off, is it random when Best Buy sends out the email for the RZ coupon? I've never used email for these and just did the mail ones.

Calm down, it was a joke.:D I'm glad that they actually helped me out. I was just commenting on how some people get above and beyond a simple fix.
