Best Buy Reward Zone return?

All,

I've purchased a game recently from best buy and changed my mind on keeping it. It is still sealed and I have the receipt. I used reward zone points to pay for part of the game ($10). If I return the game, and get my money back, do I get the reward zone certificates credited back to my account?

I would guess you would get it back on a gift card. You can always call and ask.

The amounts of points will be credited back to your Reward Zone account, so you won't lose them, but won't have access to them again right away. You can get around it if you buy something else that same day and have them do the return and new purchase all on the same transaction.

Points will not take into affect until 30 days of purchase and if you return the game, BB will take the reward zone points too.

I'm more concerned with losing the certificates than the points.
