How do you get this to work online? It only shows me getting the original 15% off. It even shows my member number on the bottom left of the checkout screen

I saw that as well but as listed in the OP, it says it is available online.

This is the first RZ offer I ever saw that says you can use it online by providing your member number. Maybe its glitched and not set-up properly by best buy. I'm going to try it in-store tomorrow myself to see if it stacks. The 15% off sale is in the weekly AD by the way.
Whats the current 15% off thing youre talking about?
Best Buy is currently doing a 15% off itunes gift card sale this week, with this exclusive RZ member offer. You could get the 20% off and 15% off to stack, well in theory so far until I try it out tomorrow since we can't get it to work online right now.
Thanks OP might have to snag 1 $25 GC for an early xmas gift. So the 15% ends this week then?
Yes.

FYI, there is no stacking, it's off regular prices. Even says so. They have had this before and rz members just get the extra 5% off. Basically the whole stacking portion of this is not true as op didn't even try this instore at all (I did).

This likely isn't going to stack. The fine print says it can't be combined with any other offer. Will need someone to confirm if it stacks or not.

Thanks for clarifying it. The reason I thought it will stack is cause I had luck stacking past RZ offers like modern warfare 3/max payne 3. I guess they fixed the loophole.

They've had this RZ deal in the past and it didn't stack then, so it probably won't stack now unless something got glitched in the system-- like someone said, you just get the extra % off, not double-dipping %'s.

If only it stacked!

In spite of what it says for the offer initially, when you actually claim the offer it says it's not valid online. I'll go to the local best buy and pick up a $50 card for $40 there, though. That's a good deal. Thanks OP!

Tried using this at the register yesterday and it didn't automatically take the extra 5% off, rung up at only 15% off. Had to get a manager override.
