Best Buy Shipping Question

So I ordered the Coarse Edition of Mortal Kombat X as well as the Arkham Knight Collector's edition from Best Buy a few weeks back.  I know that best Buy will ship items as they are released (I know I don't have to wait until both items are in stock before they ship my order because that would be stupid as hell), but I still do not have any sort of shipping notification from Best Buy to say that my item has been sent so I receive it tomorrow.  

I am a Premier Silver member as well as a member of Gamers Club Unlocked, but I don't know if that matters.  Does Best Buy not ship to the user so they receive it on launch day or what?  Any info is appreciated.

Best Buy won't guarantee release day delivery like Amazon does.  They will do their best to do it if they have stock in advance, though it's hit or miss.

Check your order info, there should be something there today about it shipping out.    As a counterpoint, my MKX Import Edition from Amazon is being shipped out now with expected delivery by Thursday.  No RDD there either.

Yea I was just hoping to have it on release day, which is what it should be across the board for all suppliers. I haven't ordered a new game from Best Buy online in a very long time. Last game I ordered was the WoW Warlords of Draenor CE, but mine came damaged so that was a huge pain in the ass to get replaced. I guess someone opened the shipping box with a blade and sliced into my copy. I wasn't happy lol.
