For option number 2 (double points for purchases before 11AM), anyone have a guess on how online orders would be handled? Is it as long as your order is placed before 11AM, or is it dependant on when they process it/when you pick it up?

It does specifically say "when you shop in-store" and I remember the actual mail they sent had some fine print. I'll dig it up and see what it says.
