My local BB in San Francisco seems to be out of copies also, even though the website says they have it in stock. They also state that Star Ocean is in stock but there were none to be found. tried to get X-men price matched at CC but I couldn't find it there either.

No X-men Legends at Secaucus and the Best Buy on Route 46.
I only saw one copy left at the Paramus store of X-men Legends.
Star Ocean was only available in the Secaucus Store.

And the $5 coupon worked at Paramus. Gotta love having X-men Legends for $10.
