Best Buy's shipping prices increased?

Has anyone noticed that the Expedited and Express shipping prices for games (I haven't checked anything else) has been increased by a lot on Best Buy's site? I saw this when I was going to pre-order Grand Theft Auto V a month or so ago, and noticed that Express shipping was set at $21.99 instead of the usual $8.99 or so it was only 3 months prior.

I always take advantage of free shipping options.

Paying for shipping pisses me off and keeps me from buying more items online instead of instore.

I can't imagine anyone in the US who would want to pay $21 dollars on expedited shipping on a $65 dollar order.

Even if you live in the most remote boonies in the US you're still better waiting till you run errands and get it in a store.
