I dislike any non-lithium rechargeable battery and therefore hate using rechargeable battery packs for Xbox controllers. I am looking for a durable and securely connected cable that will last through abuse as being always connected to my Xbox one controller for gaming. The old 360 cable had a secure connection but the new Xbox one has nothing but the usb, terrible design imo.
I've seen the Scuf braided cable but it appears just as plain as any other usb cable, maybe it's better? The Microsoft one that comes with the play-and-charge has received a mix bag of reviews and seems more aimed at just recharging the batteries.
So, any thoughts?
