Best Christmas Songs EVAR?
My goal in life is to have that feeling 365 days a year...
Yeah, that would be awesome.

It sucks when the holiday spirit fades, though. Almost leaves you depressed. But the time when you feel it, though... it's priceless.
What about "Christmas at Ground Zero" or "The Night Santa went Crazy" both by Weird Al Yankovic :)
Classic.

Can't believe nobody's mentioned my personal favorite yet.

Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses!!!
Yes!! It really sucks that Patty Donahue died (it's been almost 10 years now!). I loved her voice. She wasn't so much a singer; more of a narrator, but it worked.
This thread makes me feel all warm and Christmas fuzzy on the inside. Kind of like... when you finally got out of like elementary or middle school for Christmas break and you just relaxed at home and soaked up the Christmas feeling and watched stuff like A Christmas Story and A Charlie Brown Christmas all day... I loved that feeling.

Oh... what was that SNL skit with Horatio Sanz and Jimmy Fallon and the other guys in the snow globe singing that song?
Hey, I remember that skit... I don't remember the song, though.

I know what you mean about Christmas. Especially the "A Christmas Story" tradition. I can remember not being able to sleep and staying up and watching that over, and over and over!

Last year was kind of when my parents "broke me in" and stopped spoiling me with gifts. I'm 19 now. I know it sounds greedy, but Christmas just isn't the same. Some people have told me you don't really experience it as dramatically as you did as a kid until you have kids of your own.

Ah... I just love the Christmas atmosphere. Except, of course, the sub-zero temperatures we get here. UGH!

Fairytale of New York by The Pogues not showing up anywhere in the first 2 posts makes this entire thread a GODDAMN TRAVESTY! Seriously, it won the popular vote*. Get it.

*as best Christmas single ever.
