Best course of action?
I currently have an ad up on craigslist. I'm trying to sell a Fall 2009 Elite Bundle with everything except the Lego Batman/Pure plus a play & charge, HDMI cable, and Final Fantasy 13 for $230.

I've listed the two big items separately as XBox Bundle for $200 and Final Fantasy 13 for $45. I'm getting a lot of bites on the XBox but none (not even haggling/trades) for Final Fantasy. I see a lot of people offering to trade COD:MW2 and cash for FF13. I'm thinking of doing this but am not sure. I imagine I'd actually make more/sell it quicker in the long run since MW2 is a casual title but I still am looking for advice. I know we're all cheapasses but what would you sell

XBox 360 Elite (120 GB) with all wires, two black controllers, headset, ethernet, HDMI cable, play & charge, and COD:MW2

for to a complete stranger?

I'm thinking $250 but it's all about getting someone to bite. I actually had someone not take the bundle because it didn't come with Lego Batman/Pure  even though I mentioned that and I don't live in that great of an area so keep in mind that 90% of my potential buyers will be poor but willing to part with stuff they think is gold even if it means they'll be homeless.
This probably belongs in the "Request Advice" sub-forum, but my suggestion would be to do the following as 3 separate listings:

XBox 360 Elite Bundle (minus one controller and play & charge cable): $195

Final Fantasy XIII: $40

1x Controller + P&C cable: $25

You should get definite bites on the 360 system as it now lists under $200. The game will get looks at $40 as will the controller plus cable. Sell all of them, and the total take on your end will be $260; or $10 more than what you're looking to get for the package. Your stuff will likely move quicker and you'll end up with more cash. Win.
