Best deal for Duke Nukem Forever for pc?

I am wondering if anyone know of the best possible deal for Duke Nukem Forever for pc. I think Kmart is not carrying the pc version so I am thinking of amazon, but i am wondering if it can be cheaper than 39.99? I don't care if it is box or download version.

$38.21 as per reported by a user. I don't know how they handle taxes and all so your price may vary. That is the best I've seen so far. It doesn't matter where you buy the game and if it's physical or not, it's a Steamworks title so it'll be activated on Steam. I already have the Bals of Steel Edition paid off so I have not tested if this offer is still valid.
