Best deal on a BC PS3?

Where online can I find the best deal on a PS3 that has backward compatibility with PS2 and 1 games. Does't matter how big the hard drive is as it is getting replace with my own drive. Thanks.

Full and complete BC requires the 60GB model or the feature deprived 20gb model.

New sealed ones on Amazon are $999 (warning: third party vendors and marketplace sellers only)
Used ones on eBay are much cheaper.

If hardware/software BC is sufficient, you might consider refreshing Amazon's listing for the $500 Metal Gear Solid 4 80GB bundle every couple of days. It comes back in stock every once in a while.
