best deal on an internal ps3 hard drive?

When I looked there was not a Terabyte available. I got mine off of Ebay with the 30% off deal for around $75. It was a 500 gig one. New Egg has the best prices and I checked Circuit City when I was doing it and they only carried the 3.5" ones. Never checked Best Buy and there are no Fry's Electronics by me either. Try newegg and do a search there. There is also a thread about this in the PS3 section, that is what caught my attention.
