I think Target has 1600 for $19 this week ($1 off!

Are there any better deals out there? I know someone who works at Microsoft and even they can't get any deals on Xbox Live Cards/Microsoft Points.
Just a note: at MSRP, a 1600 points card and a 4000 points card are the same price per point.
Think about it: 1600 points for $20, that's 800 points for $10. 5 X 800 = 4000 points, 5 X $10 = $50
