Best deal on Xbox DDR game and pads?

My mom's been hearing from her friends that DDR is a good workout, so she's been asking me to get a DDR setup in living room. I know Xbox has the Ultramix series, so I'm wondering if there are any deals on Xbox pads and Ultramix games. I have DDR pads/games for PS1 and GC already, but I don't feel like busting out my PS1 and I like to keep the GC in my bedroom. The Xbox stays in the living room because of its size, so I'm only interested in Xbox DDR games. I don't really like DDR, so I don't care about latest mixes or whatever; this is just for my non-gamer mother's morning workout replacement. Any info on DDR deals and on the games themselves would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sams Club has Ultramix 1 with 2 pads (not official pads) for $34.xx or $37.xx. That might be YMMV though.

I think Circuit City has the Ultramix 2 bundle w/ official Konami pad for $16.96 but it will be difficult to find (I have yet to see it at a CC).

Buy.com has the Ultramix 4 w/ official pad bundle for $45 shipped after Google Checkout but it's on order so it could take a while to get
