Best DS deal

Have a birthday coming up on the 25th, trying to keep in easy on the girlfriend and family despite their insistence on purchasing me something.

Looking for the best deals (discounts, gift cards, bundles) on a Nintendo DS, good starter games, and must-have accessories!



... and since I don't feel like starting another thread, any cheapy Wii games or accessories would be appreciated, too.

Have employee discount @ Best Buy, just don't think we have any particularly great deals in the next week or two.

I used the 40 off 200 twice at CC and got

1 Onyx DSL
Mario Kart DS
New SM Bros
all for 170ish AT

1 Pink DSL
Brain Boost
Super Princess Peach
Battleship/Trouble/Sorry/Connect 4
all for 177ish AT

There are a lot of great starter games for the DS. I am enjoying all of the Mario Games, plus the NY Times Crossword game as well.
 
I think every store BUT Circuit City works, forgot to mention that. Thanks for the header though.

Well, that sucks. It could be worse though....I lived in Ames when the nearest Best Buy was in Des Moines. At least you have that going for you now.

For great beginner games I would start with Mario Kart, Elite Beat Agents, and Planet Puzzle League (if you like puzzle games). As far as accessories check out the Hori Multi Pouch case and Hori screen protectors.

There aren't really any deals available on any of the items so just have them make orders at Amazon (except Hori items).
 
I'm still new around here, but I think I've seen others bump posts. Just uh, checking up on the parliamentary procedure around here.

Yeah, that's the ticket.
