Amazon beats Steam for me because of their slick trade-in program. Steam has CRAZY good prices during sales, but you can never recoup any of that money by reselling or trading your games.

Man this is a REALLY tough choice between Amazon and Steam. Ultimatly I feel I am going to vote for Amazon though because I feel that Steams deals this year were not quite as good as last years and because I feel they are focused around only 1 service where as Amazon offers both buying and selling options and covers more ground in general.
