Best p2p software to use?

I got a new pc and I can't decide on which p2p software to use. I've used Limewire and Kazza , is there anything better out there that you would recommend?

BitTorrent is undoubtedly the best, but Ares is also good ( http://aresgalaxy.org/ ).

I'd recomend KazaaLite. Its not technically available for download anymore, but its not very hard to find it...

I asked my brother and he said Soulseek is really good. I've never personally used it, but he gets all the music for his iPod from this.
