Best place to buy game cases/manuals?

Have some gamecube games I bought way back from the Gamestop clearance. Almost forgot about them. Anyone know a site that sells the replacement case & manual for them?

Ebay is your best (and really, only bet) for most of the good stuff. You can check BREsoftware.com but their stock has been depleted for a while now.
