Anyone know? I was wondering amazon, but there prices just don't cut it, and if there were a nice deal, but there is only trade in a total of $50.00 and get 10 dollars.

Game Crazy used to give out $8 per blu-ray in credit but its hard to get them to accept them. Plus they try to sell them for $29.99 used so I'd feel bad for them =P

Have you tried craigslist.org? I sold off a bunch of them for $10-15 each last summer.

Post them on here, in your tradelist...but honestly with the sales and price wars that have been going on the last few months, and current under $10 deals on tons of stuff on amazon, it will be hard to command a big profit on anything that isn't rare/OOP.

Are we allowed to post other websites here? There is a site I've been a member of for about 2 years and have bought around 50 or so used/new movies. The marketplace is pretty live and pricing is decent. You can see older well ciculated titles like 300 go for under $10, but new titles go from 15-25.

although its part of ebay, I usually get rid of them at half.com. You can set your price and if it does not sell, it costs you nothing. they take 15% if it does sell.. The shipping allowance is pretty low, so figure each movie will cost you about $.50-$.75 extra to send it with tracking.

I recently bought the hangover. Movie blows, sold it on half.com for $18.99 + ship. I think I paid $14.30 when I bought it at best buy (it was actually less since it was part of $20 off $100), so after shipping I think I made money.. Too bad I can't get back the 2 hours I wasted..

Where half.com works well is the OOP stuff. I sold off my james bond box sets 2x(upgraded 3x now to bluray). Paid like $40-50 for for the sets and sold them for $200-$300 a pop.. Stuff like oop little shop of horrors sold for $150..

Speaking of OOP stuff, outside of searching the various marketplaces and gauging prices, are there any sites out there that keep track of OOP movies?

I would sell them on Amazon, not trade in though. I have been selling on amazon and have made a nice amount in return. They give you the money back for shipping too. They take more than amazon but don't charge to put it on and it is on for 90 days. Try it out but in my opinion it is the best because you don't have to worry about how much it will be because you make the price. I usually try and sell it for the lowest price. That usually helps me sell everything.
