Best Buy sells Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes. Use the GGC and you'll get a new MGS:TS for $15+tax, which comes to about $17 bucks.

I don't think any of my local BB stores have Twin Snakes in stock any more. It never was a big seller around me.

I bought MGS:TS for $18 last Sept. or so when it first went on sale at Target. I'd search your local Target for a deal, or else go to BB and use a GGC.

If new, I believe a Target clearance is also possible. Some guy had posted that he got the game for $7.98 @ Target.
