Best Prices for 120GB, 160GB, 250GB Hard Drives for PS3...

Where's the best place to get some Hard Drive upgrades for the PS3?

I'm looking at eBay and basically the cheapest deals I could find are:

120GB = $40
160GB = $44
250GB = $52

Are these the best prices out there? Anyone know if some place sells them cheaper elswhere? Doesn't matter if it's a Sony or Toshiba brand, as long as it's CHEAP!

I bought a WD 320GB 5400RPM HDD for $65 on newegg.com. The next week, it went down to $60. I was pissed, but that site is great for good deals.

I would never buy a HD off ebay, but that's just me. I don't have a lot of reasoning behind it, but I wouldn't. I second (third?) newegg or tigerdirect.
