Best skateboards for a cheap price?

What site has complete skateboards for cheap prices but are still really good? Preferably World Industries

I've never bought from them, but this place has good prices on blanks and completes.

Man my friend had a World Industries board and it was really light and had a good shape, definetly suprised me how much I liked it.

Blank decks are cheap, but good and strong. I forget the sites, but I think blankskatesupply.com is one.

I used love Alien Workshop boards. I haven't skated in a while and haven't kept up with it so I don't know if they are still as durable as they used to be. I used to love customizing my own boards with wheels (preferably Pig), etc. It's a ton of fun to just work on making your own board.

Do you guys recommend going into sport shops like Sport Chalet to get a skateboard? Not so sure if they are any good with skateboards, but they seem to carry WI completes for $59.99 which is very, very cheap and good.
