Best way to store old school cartridges?

Hey, I'm moving soon, and I'm aiming to keep my old school games a little more organized at the new apartment. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should store my old cartridge games and still have easy access to them? Any advice is appreciated!

-PS- I have around 200 NES, 200 SNES, 60 Genesis, and 15 N64.

I have my NES games in a plastic storage bin like this:

It is short enough to fit under the bed, but is just tall enough that I can put the cartridges on end to read the top labels. Boxed games fit as well, but need to be laying on their side. The container that I have has a lid that is hinged in the middle so you don't need to remove the whole lid to get at the games.

I use to have tons. about 500 nes, 200 sega, 80 ps2, so one and so forth. I use bookshelves. They looked nice till i filled the shelve up the first time. The nes games alone would take up the whole bottom half of the shelf. So I needed more shelfs. I think it looks nicer and is easy to get whatever you need. Ever since i moved my shleves look horrible and the games are still in boxes.

Currently I have all my old school games in my walk in closet on shelves, which worked fine... but I'm moving in with my girlfriend, so she really wants to keep them out of the way (which is understandable!). I went ahead and picked up some plastic containers with wheels under them so I can roll them under the bed. Thanks for all the input!... got no idea where I'm gonna put all my controllers... but that's whole other thing all together.

The best way to store carts is simply by piling them up on each other like books. There is no germ value to them and there only enemy is heat and dampness.

I use a plastic 3 drawer cabinent. They are about $20 and can hold several games.

Yeah but that is twenty dollars.
That is a alot of money.
