I noticed I have been making quite a few threads. But anyway, I traded in my games to GS from that $20 TIV promo and now im sitting here with $105 store credit. Where is the best place to turn it into cash? I have no interest in spending my GS credit other than getting my money back in cash.

I mean I wanted a xbox but i already have a wii and ps3 :p

Buy newly released games with the store credit and sell to friends/online for $55-50

Or sell the $105 store credit for $95-90 cash (Just taking a random guess)

Either way, you're gonna lose out a little bit, but at least you'll have cash in the end.

True, I'm expecting to lose out a little bit since I''m trying to turn it into cash. Who knows? maybe someone on here would wanna buy it :D

Just buy a giftcard and offer it up here... I'd be willing to bet somebody would give you $95 for $105 credit. And you don't have to pay any fees.

true true, i could do that :D

You might be able to almost break even if you pick up a couple of copies of Modern Warfare 2 from the website. MW2 is $50, and you can use the code PARTYON to save an additional 10%.

Nice! thanks for the suggestion :D.

I'll get this game and see what's the commotion.

There are some things you can do assuming you do business on Ebay.

One obvious one, which has sadly devalued, is a PS2 network adapter which sells for 14.99 last time I checked. After fees you should be getting around 25 or more.

Is that true, about the DS? Is it a break even flip? I wouldn't mind wiping out my credit and getting rid of all of these damn gift cards in my wallet if I make 100% cash from the credit.

Wavebirds and Network Adapters are definitely good ways to make some money off the credit. I didn't bother suggesting them, though, because they are so hard to find, especially the Wavebirds.

If worse comes to worse, I'd buy if off you for a fair offer.

My ps3 died and I need a little more credit to purchase a new one

Yeah my store credits has now increased to $200 total. I could sell wavebirds but they were all gone since last week :p. I think I may have to sell them on eBay or someone on here could make a fair offer like what kube said.
