Even more disturbing is that the 360 pictured in the above mentioned email is the core version, not the real one. They also apparently are not going to reveal what the bundle contents are until they are actually on sale. And of course they are going to make you buy crap you don't want. Since the only other option on the market at the moment is two grand, they know they can basically do whatever the fuck they want and sell out.
 
can someone post a link to where i can pre-order it? I'm sitting here with ten minutes left and can't find the pre-order page. I am a reward zone member and everything but it's not letting me register online for it for some reason. Thanks.

what link are you guys using? the one posted a couple of replies up just brings me to bestbuy's 360 page with basic info about the console... i don't see a rz member pre-order button on the page anywhere...

Aw, screw it, I give. With best buy being best buy, they'll probably take 10 times as many orders as they have systems, and cancel 90% of them.
 
i am totally a rewardzone member, and i have been for almost three years. i never got these emails, and it's not letting me sign in as a rewardzone member... i signed up for bestbuy.com (which apparently i've never done), but it won't recognize me as a rewardzone member. alas.

I'm getting frustrated. I get all the way to the end and it bounces me back.
They better allocate me one for all this trouble.
To make matters worse, I have to sign in every time I select check out.
 
I would go for this, just to garauntee an Xbox 360, buuuuut....ground shipping is 13 bucks for me. I have a Wal-mart and a Toys r Us just 2 blocks from where I live. 2 day shipping is 25 bucks, and next day is 42. You think that dropping 400-500 dollars would net you free shipping. Sheesh...

I wonder when they'll ship these? Nothing like having pre-ordered a system (or a game) & seeing it on a shelf at Wal-Mart for a week while you wait on yours to arrive.

Does that Starter bundle a true Premium pack?
It says includes the HD and cables but something doesn't add up.

If the premium version is $499, how can you get the premium pack, extra controller and Madden 360 for $509???
 
You are getting that error because of the volume of traffic on their website.... All you have to do is keep on trying and trying and trying... it took me 45 mins to get through. Hope this helps.
