Go check back in a week or two. You'll probably see another one on the shelf ;). Most stores only put out one on the shelf and then restock it every Thursday.

Zelda for $15 FTW! Is it me, or are they almost paying us to pick it up? I thought it was bad enough when Amazon had it for $18... MUST RESIST... HATE N64-quality DS Zelda...
 
If the coupon only has the one SKU on it, then it will not apply to the LE. You may be able to get a manager to help you out with that, but usually it hasn't applied to the LE's in the past.

The SKU on the coupon for Bioshock 2 is 9979174.

However, none of the SKU's for Bioshock 2 on their website match it, unless they got in a special shipment of the game for this coupon.

That cap giveaway for DQIX is a scam. They don't have them to give out in the store, and you don't know if you get the cap until 6 weeks later in the mail.

Got my copy in the mail today. Bioshock 2 for ~$20 sounds nice since I've been holding out on it, but I will definitely wait it out a bit longer and see if any drops happen before the end of the month.
 
Got the mag today too. It seemed sort of interesting from a VERY quick flipthrough, I'll check it out more over the weekend. I noticed how it seems like they REALLY loaded up on the coupons for this issue, as it has "over $20 in coupons!" crossed out and they put "$200" or whatever- I have a feeling the normal magazine will be like "Hey, here's $5 a game we sell for $60!".

Except that the $5 coupon will never be valid because the games will always be on sale.

Does anyone know if you can price match and then use the coupon? Skate 3 is 39.99 at KMart, as advertised in their flyer this week. So that would be 19.99 with the magazine coupon.

It won't work. Thats double dipping. That will not work unless you get an employee who is about to quit, or someone who thinks you're hot and wants in your pants.

I will say that the fails have all been more recent than the wins. I used to be able to do that at any BBY w/o fail. Now it seems much more difficult to get a pricematch+coupon deal.
 
Just add Estebon to your ignore list. I have.

It can be done. I have done it. But like I said, it's been much more difficult to do lately. So it will work, but it's YMMV.

So, it's built into the system to prevent it from working.

It's also in the "other promotions" section of the coupon that are part of the restrictions of it working.

You'd have to have someone do a manual price adjustment for the price after the PM and the coupon, which is guaranteed to need a key-turn/manager approval, and you'll get shot down there.

So, no, it won't work with PM + coupon.
 
I go to BB,.... A LOT. People know me there. I get treated with respect and get things like GC PM with no bother at all. The thing though, is a coupon and PM deal will not work. I'm not trolling you or anything. Its basically double dipping and that isn't allowed at Bestbuy. I'm trying to save you time and hassle. Go ahead and put me on ignore. I bring a lot to the community and post flips and glitches and so forth all the time. Your loss.
 
What someone does need to do is try the Zelda coupon with a $34.99 game or a $19.99 game. See if you get it half off. Since the PM DQ one went through, I assume this one will.
 
^^^What shrike says is correct, though I still disagree w/ the "won't work" part. It does require an override. That is definitely where you will get shot down...unless the override is allowed. YMMV. I do recall being one of the few to ever get a PM + coupon at BBY to work repeatedly. So that likely hasn't changed.

I'll agree to disagree and move on. ;)

Log into the Rewards Zone site. Click "Go the Gamer's Club" under featured offers or Reward Zone Gamers Club under Community and Clubs. Click Special Offers on the left hand side. It's under "Save $10"
