Hi guys,

I pre-ordered Uncharted 2 last week and was going to pick it up after work but I forgot the box at home. Do you need to have the box/receipt in order to pick it up or what. Clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you bought it with your RZ card, you don't need anything... just the knowledge of your own phone number.

If you paid for it with a credit card or debit card, they can look up the receipt by the CC #. If you didn't pay for it by a CC but used your RZ #, then they can find it by that.

Unless you give them the receipt, there's no record of the pre-order money in their system. You can still pick up the game, though you won't get your $5 applied to it that you already paid.
