Shadow of the Colossus for PS2.

I'll probably bite on Shaolin Monks - I used credit at another store to buy it full price for a friend who really wanted it, so I'll pick it up and return it to the original store to get the credit back.

Thanks, Masterkyo.
wont it be easier (and prefectly legal) to just buy a copy at Best Buy and then return that copy with the Walmart recipt at Walmart?
I never said I was smart, but that is pretty swift. I'll try your method.
wont it be easier (and prefectly legal) to just buy a copy at Best Buy and then return that copy with the Walmart recipt at Walmart?
no, that is ethical, because you r not doing anything bad but returning the more expensive product... im sure walmart would do that too.
Argh... The Warriors and MK: Shaolin Monks is so tempting. Quick, someone gimme a reason not to buy those games.
Neither are worth the money. Done.

I will wait one more month for God of War to drop to $20.00/$30.00 at BB. Then I will promptly just go insane. Thank you, that is all.

BB hasn't really had any good deals lately
LOL
I was gonna go with  but that works as well.

Picked up a flyer from BB last night in store. From 1/6 through 1/15 You get a free $25 Gift Card instantly with any total purchase of $200 or more using your Best Buy credit card. There are some exclusions, of course, including video game hardware and computers.

You do realize that the $10 coupon expires at the end of January.

Anyone know if those coupon scans work at the 86th and Lex Ave location in NYC or any other location in NYC? Figure I could pick up a copy of GOW or something today.
What's the chances of me using the $10 off coupon and it working?
Based on CAG experiences related in the stickied thread, about 99 in 100.

I bagged Dragon Quest today! If you don't see it, ask for it. The guy had a drawer FULL of them that he opened even before I finished my sentence.

I didn't see it, asked for it, they didn't have it (Cool Springs, TN). The second BB I checked (Hickory Hollow, TN) had it, though.
disappointed at the lack of ds/gba stuff in the ad but thanks for posting :D
Same here. But I still have a few DS games left to pick up with the coupon.
I think I'll pick up the Warriors for $25 AC. Thanks OP.
Might have to do that. That movie is one of the most quotable movies ever, not to mention it kicks mucho ass.
:applause: Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! I would love to see SotC drop for a week, I would be all over that one. Friends have been itching to get one and I would be such a great friend to get one for them at $19.99.
Are you kidding me???? I've been waiting for SotC to be $29.99 during one of these weeks so I could get it for $19.99 for a month now. It was the first game I was hoping to use the coupon on. So far, nothing.

Imma probably get PoP:TT. Whatever happened to the price of DOA4 like last month when they said it was gonna be $50. Now that its finally out.

I'm not being an ass.
I am just tired of people forgetting the PC crowd.
TSD used to post them, but ever since then all the people posting the ads don't post the PC games.
Many people play PC games, probably more than play consoles.
You do realize that the $10 coupon expires at the end of January.
Damn... I got the date with them and the $5 gift card coupon mixed, I gotta jump on this soon.

I honestly think it's because the PC games are usually on a completely different page, and whoever is finding these ads is console centric, as most people on this site are.
Beware reports of awful framerate problems. Go with a PC version if your computer can handle it better than a console can.
Yup, I've heard the same thing about Quake 4 -- that the console versions are botched; they lost the graphical touch, for one, which ain't too bad. But, worst of all is their framerates are awful -- which is hard to forgive.

GameSpot didn't give Q4 for consoles the Most Aggravating Framerate/Best Slideshow Award in 2005 on their Dubious Honors for nothing.

It's unfortunate the game probably got released way too early, just probably so it would make the Holidays -- instead of the designers taking more time to port it over correctly.

Gamers don't deserve to be treated like that; especially on the consoles, where there normally ain't patches for their games.

I had no problem whatsoever using the coupon at my local BB. And if anybody is on the fence about PoP3, get it! It's awesome! Makes it even better that its $20.
Damn, was hoping for $30 Xmen Legends 2 = $20 after coupon. Maybe next week, I suppose...
right now it is $17 shipped at gamefly.(it is a used former rental) i just ordered earlier today.

i thought the BB $10 off coupon ended today?(last day of 2005)

edit: it expires endof 2006!!!

Tony Hawk American Wasteland for DS is also $30. With coupon, $20. I got it last week for $30 After Coupon, so I may go back to price check when I pick up some other games.

Luckily PoP: TTT is $30 next week as well since I arrived at Best Buy today at 6:05 and the greeter wouldn't let me in so I could run in, grab the 2 games I wanted, and pay out. Unfortunately, Path of Neo isn't $30 this week, which is a bummer since I've wanted the game ever since it came out.

Has anyone tried using the $10 off $29.99 and up game coupon with these advertised priced games? The coupons states: Offer not valid in combination with any coupons or offers. I want to see if I can get Sonic Rush, Viewful Joe: Double Trouble, Animal Crossing (maybe), Mario Kart DS, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrows, Advance Wars: Dual Strikes, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, and Lost In Blue for $20 each game before the coupon expires. The coupon also states limit one per costumer, can I get around that by going to different Best Buys?

Just use common sense: yes, you can use it. You're probably not supposed to be allowed to, but no one's gonna read all the fine print unless you get some hard-ass manager. And yes, I've tried it on Dragon Quest VIII, Matrix: Path of Neo and Prince of Persia. No, you don't even need to go to different Best Buys; you can get on the line again (what're the chances of getting the same cashier?), come back another day, or flirt with the cashier and she'll ring it up as separate transactions. If the cashier's a guy, see earlier tips or bring your sister.

Got Shaolin Monks for $20 and SD vs Raw PSP for $25... printed off several coupons for use throughout the month, I bought one game with coupon, had my grandmother do the other w/coupon
you can just print this out on regular computer paper? or does it haveta be cool magazine deal coupon paper? if we can use it on regular paper, then thats what it truly means to be a cheap ass gamer.
I have used it over 10 rimes on regular plain printer paper. Play the stupid customer and tell them you printed it out on an online offer from best buy buzz if they question you at all.
