To me RB guitars feel better than the GH guitars, but I know people like the clickiness of the GH guitars for precision. For me though the GH guitars feel cheaper in quality. The clicking makes it feel like more of a toy than it already is, while the RB guitar strummer is springy with no clicking and makes me feel more like I'm strumming a string. But, I mean it is what it is, playing either of the guitars is nothing like playing a real one, so I don't know if this even matters to you. Not that you can't be precise with the RB guitars, but the GH guitars feel more precise to me because you definitely know when you hit the button because of the click.
The GH Drums are more fun to play than the RB drums because they have the 2 high hats (I think they are called that, I dunno, not a drum expert), and even with the RB attachments the GH one is still more fun because you are not required to hit the RB ones and their position is just strange. However, the RB drums are WAY better quality than the GH drums. Go to any Best Buy and 9/10 times you'll see that the GH drums are either completely broken, or the high hats are extremely insensitive. Also the GH drum set does not have a bar to hold the pedal. Whether you have carpet or hardwood flooring, it is just horrible because the pedal will be sliding around everywhere unless you do some modifications or self-fixes to keep it in place.
So in the end I think both have their merits, but as for durability, I definitely like the RB ones better.
