My auction ended for a N64 game about 5 days ago that ended for 20.50. The guy still hasnt payed and Ive sent him 2 messages "reminding" him. The last one I sent said that if he ddint pay by tomorrow Id leave negative feedback and file a non-paid complaint(or whatever you call it) If he doesnt pay how do I go about alerting ebay?

thanks

go to your account homepage and down near the bottom in the related links is one called:

Unpaid Item Disputes

Click on that and it should take you to a section with all your unpaid items.

From what I remember, you can't file the NPB until at least a week after the auction -- it may even be two weeks, I don't remember 100%.
Dude, not to be an asshole about it, but you could have easily looked this up in the help section rather than make a thread on another site. So much easier.
Yea your right.......damn laziness:D

Thanks for the halp everyone

7 full days after the auction ends you can file a Item Dispute. Don't threaten a negative so soon though, it will just cause him to get pissed off and NOT pay for the item, making you eat the listing fees (which is BS, if a bidder does not pay you should'nt have to still pay to list the item, especially if you had other bidders)

Pull his contact info and get him on the phone... absolutely do that before filing a NPB, and definitely definitely before leaving negative feedback. Who knows, his puter mighta asploded or somethin'... or he might have sent you a money order and not told you.

I would wait a few more days. In one of my previous auctions, the buyer didn't bother checking out. I emailed the buyer with the invoice but never got a reply with how he was going to pay for the item. A few days later, I got a check in the mail from him.

So I would give your buyer a few more days in case he's mailing you the payment.

incorrect, filing a No Pay dispute, if you win by customer not paying will get you your fees credited back. I've done it 3 or 4 times.

If it's a listing fee, you relist the item and once it's sold Ebay will automatically credit those fees.

As for the Final Value fee, I can't remember but I think they automatically credit those back once you win the NPB.

But regardless your fees are credited, maybe just not right away.
