Big games in 2009 that might suck (but you don't want them to)

killzone 2 looks amazing. the trailer doesn't make the game look like ass at all. Most people say that it almost matches the trailer, now lets just hope it has good gameplay. Yeah i watched the multiplayer side of WKC on my Japanese account and the graphics are ok, game looks fun though.

I didn't say that Killzone 2 looked like ass. I said they pulled a Killzone 2, which means that they put out a false first trailer to build hype. WKC looks okay, but it's nowhere near the level of the initial trailer. It's not even close. It looks like ass by comparison. And I'm not just talking graphically. The interface and fluidity of battles too. Go back and watch it... I'm sure you'll know what I mean.
 
I really really hope that Heavy Rain comes out this year, and I really really really hope it's really really really really good.

But I'm really really really really really afraid that it's going to really really really really really really suck.

Also Batman: Arkham Asylum, Ghostbusters, and inFamous.
 
UFC 2009: Undisputed - The latest gameplay looks like a downgrade since it was shown, lower-res character models.

Ghostbusters - No four player co-op and the GameTrailers TV episode where they showed this off had dry gameplay.
 
Ghostbusters of course but more specifically the Wii version. I hope the controls are tight.
Infamous I'm worried about. It could get bogged down like AssCreed did.
Mad World. Another one that could be ruined by bad controls.
 
I scratched "Afro Samurai" off my list. Review scores are in the high 60's, low 70's. I'll stick to the manga on Spike TV.
 
Really hope Prototype turns out to be a good game. I liked hulk: ultimate destruction, so if it's not a big step up from that I'm going to be disappointed.
 
Anyone heard of Demigod?
I saw a trailer and man it looks pretty cool but it's mostly just a scene and nothing about the game

Looks cool and I love RTS but heh for all I know it might be bad
